You send us your Excel list 8-10 days before the start of a new month.

That's it. That's all you have to do. We handle all the other details.

Here's some other details on our birthday card service:

• You choose the birthday card from the dozens we currently have available or for a
  small additional fee send us your own photo for a more creative front for your birthday card.
   
• You tell us the greeting that will appear inside each of your birthday cards.
   
• We monitor your birthday lists daily and your birthday cards are released one week prior to a
  client's birthday to assure they will arrive in time.
   
• We DO NOT batch cards out in large quantities at the beginning of the month, we do our best
  to make sure your birthday cards arrive as close to your client's birthday as possible
  by monitoring your birthday lists daily.
   
• Your envelopes carry your return address and your clients mailing info in ink for a special
  personal look. No labels are used.
   
• All your birthday cards carry a real stamp, no metered postage is used.

When you go to the store to buy a birthday card, you might pay $3.00, $3.50 or more for a birthday card
 off the shelf that you can only sign your name to...nothing personal about it.

Our service is built on a tiered-scale. The more you use our card sending service, the less you pay.

If you choose one of birthday cards from our existing selection:

• Your first 50 birthday cards are priced at: $2.45
• Birthday cards 51-200 are priced at: $2.40
• Birthday cards 201-500 are priced at: $2.35
• Birthday cards 501 and above are priced at: $2.30

If you would like to personalize your birthday cards even more by using a special photo
for your card front or a photo inside your card:

• Your first 50 birthday cards are priced at: $2.75
• Birthday cards 51-200 are priced at: $2.70
• Birthday cards 201-500 are priced at: $2.65
• Birthday cards 501 and above are priced at: $2.60

All of our birthday card services are paid for in advance. We will invoice you for $100.00 to open your account
and your initial birthday cards will be paid for with these funds.

When your account balance falls below the $50.00 level, you will be notified by our office and you will be
sent a new invoice. The pricing of future invoices will be determined by the number of cards being sent each month
from your account and will be a minimum of $100.00.

At the beginning of every month, you will receive an e-mail report which will list clients/customers that have
received cards in the previous month and the remaining balance in your account.

If you ever decide to terminate your account, any remaining funds in your account will be returned to you.
No greeting cards are sent unless there is money in your account.

One thing we would like to stress is the Cards For Your Clients birthday card service is an inexpensive,
cost-effective, time-saving program for you and your business.

You don't have to worry about ordering birthday cards, buying cards at the store, writing personal messages,
buying stamps or driving to the post office to mail your cards. It's all handled for you by Cards For Your Clients.
